Reorder pages in short

Add a PDF, drag the page thumbnails into the order you want (or use each page's arrow buttons, which also work from the keyboard), then download. Every page goes into the new file exactly once, and links that jump between pages follow their page to its new position. Bookmarks, the document title and fillable form fields aren't carried over, so fill in a form before reordering it.

Good to know

Reordering keeps every page. To drop pages at the same time, use Remove pages first.
Thumbnails are drawn in your browser, so a document with hundreds of pages takes a moment to show on a phone.

What happens to your file

Reorder pages runs in this browser tab. Your PDF is read and rewritten on your own device and handed back as a download; it is never sent to ConvertFile. We record only that the tool was used (its name and whether it finished), never file names, sizes or contents. Closing the tab discards everything.

If something goes wrong

My bookmarks disappeared: Bookmarks point at pages by position, and after reordering most of them would open the wrong page, so they're left out. Your PDF reader can add new ones.
Dragging doesn't work on my phone: Press and hold a thumbnail briefly before dragging, or use the arrow buttons on each page, which move it one place at a time.
I want to reorder pages across two PDFs: Merge them first with Merge PDF, then reorder the merged file here. Merge PDF also lets you set the order of whole files before joining.
