Billing questions
How does billing work?
Payments are handled by Stripe's hosted checkout. We never see your card number. You can change plan, update your card, download invoices or cancel from the billing portal.
What happens if I cancel?
Go to Dashboard, then Usage and billing, and click Cancel subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the Free account plan. Your account stays.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe retries the card. You keep Pro for up to 7 days while that happens. If payment still hasn't gone through, the account moves to Free.
Are expensive tools unlimited on Pro?
No. Server processing has a monthly allowance shown above, so we can keep prices sustainable. In-browser tools have no allowance.
