PowerPoint to PDF: common questions
- Are embedded videos kept?
- No. A PDF can't play PowerPoint video, so the slide shows the video's poster frame or an empty box.
- My PDF is too large to email. What now?
- Run it through Compress PDF. Presentations full of photos usually shrink a lot at the Medium level.
- How long do you keep my presentation?
- Your upload is deleted as soon as conversion finishes. The PDF is deleted about an hour after it's ready, or straight away if you select Delete from server now.
