JPG and PNG to PDF in short
Add JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF or HEIC images, then set page size, orientation, margins and fit, then download one PDF with a page per image. It's free, there's no sign-up, and it runs in your browser, so the file never leaves your device.
How to use JPG and PNG to PDF
- 1Add JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF or HEIC images.
- 2Set page size, orientation, margins and fit.
- 3Download one PDF with a page per image.
Good to know
- JPG and PNG images are embedded at their original resolution, unchanged. Transparent PNG areas show as white in most viewers.
- Phone photos are placed upright, using the rotation the camera saved with them.
- PDF can't hold WebP, AVIF or HEIC directly, so your browser converts them first: images with transparency, and lossless WebP, become PNG; photos become high-quality JPG (95%).
- HEIC photos from iPhone work in every current browser. Safari decodes them itself; elsewhere a 2 MB decoder downloads the first time you add one, and the photo still never leaves your device.
- This tool runs in your browser. Very large files depend on your device's memory.

JPG and PNG to PDF: common questions
- Is JPG and PNG to PDF free?
- Yes. JPG and PNG to PDF is free and works without an account, for files up to 25 MB and 150 pages. A free account raises that to 50 MB and 400 pages.
- Are my files uploaded to a server?
- No. JPG and PNG to PDF runs in your web browser, so the file is read on your own device and never sent to ConvertFile.
- Which image formats can I convert to PDF?
- JPG (JPEG), PNG, WebP, AVIF and HEIC iPhone photos, in any current browser. Each image becomes one page, at its original resolution, with your choice of page size, orientation and margins.
- Can I convert iPhone HEIC photos to PDF?
- Yes, in any current browser. Safari reads HEIC natively. In Chrome, Edge and Firefox we load a HEIC decoder (about 2 MB, once) the first time you add one, and decode the photo on your device; nothing is uploaded.
- Does converting WebP to PDF lose quality?
- Lossless WebP and images with transparency are converted to PNG, which keeps every pixel. Ordinary WebP photos are re-saved as 95% quality JPG, which is visually the same at normal zoom. JPG and PNG files go in unchanged.
- Does JPG and PNG to PDF work on Mac, Windows, Android and iPhone?
- Yes. It runs in any modern web browser, with nothing to install. Very large files work best on a desktop or laptop, because in-browser tools use your device's memory.
